deepen their practice and to bring the latest insights of mindful leadership and human-centred organisations into their teams.

We want to help leaders with mindfulness practice to grow and connect - so they can rise in awareness and creatively lead towards more impact for the good of all.

Leading mindful transformation starts within yourself
Learn, recharge and connect with likeminded minds in the calm and homely Das Rosso in the breath-taking nature of Allgäu, Germany.

In four days you will be able to:
Learn and reflect applying modern mental models and tools for a deeper understanding of yourself
Deepen meditation and mindfulness techniques informed by science and secular buddhism
Grow in reflection about experiences in organisational development and exchange and grow with like-minded leaders

Who are you working with?
Daniel Rieber

Daniel Rieber is a profound expert for mindful leadership. He is co-founder of WEVOLVE - a consultancy for new leadership and cultural transformation - as well as keynote speaker, author and podcaster. The Berliner-by-choice worked for 15 years in the digital industry and experienced the challenges as a leader and founder himself.

Nikolas Konstantin

Nikolas Konstantin leads the meditation team at OHIA, the most beautiful meditation studio in Europe. He is an executive Coach for ForChiefs, a collective of transformation specialists.

Sarah Schubert

Sarah Schubert is an experienced Yoga teacher. She studied traditional Hatha Yoga in India and aims to inspire people at living Yoga on and off the mat. She additionally completed a course on the Science of Well-Being and works as an HR Manager and Accountant.

*1 The wonderful apartments will be shared by 2-3 persons. As you can see on the pictures on the website, the apartments are large and do have an open, upper level. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We believe in extraordinary experiences. This is why we limit the seminar to less than 8 participants.
